A full squish bike for only £109.99? Don't walk away - RUN away. 21-speed Shimano gears means an old & outdated "freewheel hub" on the rear. All good bikes for the last 20 years or so have used the better Shimano "freehub & cassette" - 24 speeds or more.
Get a good hardtail bicycle instead. Don't waste your time or your $$$ on cheap bikes like this one.

To be honest it's not particularly good.
£160 to £180 won't get you a good quality basic single speed cycle, so what sort of quality do you think the suspension and other components on this one will be? it'll fall apart just riding it on the road, jump on it and you'll have the wheels collapse under you.
The frame isn't rugged, it's heavy.
Suspension of that quality will work for about 3 weeks, if you're lucky.
Cheap disk brakes are no better than v-brakes.
Twist grip shifters will change gear when you don't want them to.
'Sure Grip' mountain bike tyres will be slow on the roads, and will wear quickly.
Save your money and try to buy something better quality, it'll pay for itself in the long run because you won't have to spend time and money getting it repaired every two months.

Which exact Trek mountain bike? A Trek 820? Only slightly better than a Wally World bicycle.http://www.trekbikes.com/us/en/bikes/mou…
A Trek 3900 Disc? Much better. http://www.trekbikes.com/us/en/bikes/mou…
Just as with any other bicycle company - the more $$$ you spend, the better the bicycle. BTW...the proper term is cyclist - not biker. Bikers ride Harley-Davidson motorcycles.

You can't ride a pedal bicycle?
Find a *large* empty parking lot. Start riding, wobbling around, until you figure how to ride. Practice for a few years.
I was taught before I was 3 years of age, by some neighborhood girls.
Once you can ride a pedal bicycle, getting on a SYM Symba (clone of the Honda Super Cub) is easy. Once you are good on the Symba a bigger motorcycle is fairly easy.

Trek bikes are very reliable like you say and they make a wide variety of mountain bikes so it should be very easy for you to find one that fits for your and feels right. Trek is one of best and most well known bike companies out there.

Way too cheap to be any good. The last thing you want is a full suspension bike in that price range. You will be much better off with a used hard-tail hybrid that came from a bike shop.http://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/i.html?_from=R…

The best way is to get a profeesional to show you.
You have the clutch in your left hand and front brake in your right hand.
Gears on a lever at your left foot.
Back break ata your right foot.
To move the motorcycly you would start the engine.
Take the stand off.
Pull in your clucth and kick down into first gear( for most bikes the lever is 1st Neutral 2nd 3rd 4th and 5th) once in first gear open the the throttle a little and let the clutch out slowly and you will start to move. Use the brakes gently to stop.
When you get the hang of starting and stopping you will get used to changing gears, say your riding on a 30mph road once you are moving say your in 1st gear. You would then pullin the clutch and kick up which should skip neutral and go to second gear. Pull in and kick up again to go to third and so on.
Get a proffesional to teach you and show you how to move the bike and how to do manoveurs etc.
And also make sure your always wearing protective clothing and a helmet.
Hope this helped.
If its a pedal bike your talking about when you say you cant ride a bike i would take dimos advice
